How to access

Are you worried about your mental health or that of a friend or family member? The first step to take is to talk to someone about your concerns.

Getting support

Getting support

You can speak to your GP, who should be able to give you more information and refer you to the supports or services you may need. If you are a GP, find out more about how to make a referral here.

You can also find more information on referrals to our programmes and other mental health queries in our Frequently Asked Questions.

Accessing programmes

You can find our range of programmes here. To take part in any of these programmes, you will need to be referred by either a health professional, such as a GP, or by your care team in SPMHS.

Most health insurance companies cover the cost of our programmes. Click here if you have questions about health insurance.
