Here 4 U is an online peer support service where people who have a shared experience of mental ill-health can support one another.
Developed by our Service Users and Supporters Council (SUAS), Here 4 U is an online space run both by and for former service users of St Patrick's Mental Health Services (SPMHS) as a safe, welcoming place to come together. Sessions are facilitated by trained volunteer peers and offer the opportunity for you to discuss and share things like who you are managing during these uncertain times.
The first session of Here4U takes place on Monday, 25 January at 7pm, facilitated by Marian and Geraldine. Booking is now open to attend this session, with eight places available.
Please note that this is not a clinical service and does not provide therapy.
This aims to be the virtual equivalent of meeting some like-minded people at a coffee shop for a chat where we all have the shared experience of previously attending SPMHS and are on the journey of recovery from mental health difficulties.
