500 parents, teachers and clinicians gathered at the Aviva Stadium for the 2nd annual Self Harm Awareness Conference.
Hosted by Pieta House and St Patrick's Mental Health Services and sponsored by Aviva the one day conference offered a mix of practical workshops and presentations relevant to teaching staff, community workers, parents and students.
Recording of the day's talks and proceedings are now available as podcasts along with a selection of speaker and workshop slides.
Speakers include Dr Niall Muldoon (Ombudsman for Children), Blindboy Boatclub of The Rubberbandits, Adam Harris from As I Am and Senator Joan Freeman (Founder of Pieta House).
Many thanks to all who attended and a feedback survey is available online for anyone who wishes to provide feedback.
Our huge gratitude to our speakers, MCs, guests, stall holders, volunteers and Aviva who made the day the great success it was.
