Recording and sharing health information
Your Portal is Ireland’s first online portal that enables service users to record, share and view their own health-related information.
If a service user chooses to share their record with you as their GP, you will be able to add more information manually to their portal, including appointments, allergies, diagnosis, medications, test results and measurements.
As we move through the roll-out of additional phases of Your Portal, we would love to hear your feedback on how we can facilitate a more efficient exchange of information for GPs and improve how GPs can manage patient care through the development of a Your Portal GP Advisory Panel.
