CFT-E is a closed group that offers comprehensive psychological therapy for people who can manage recovery from their eating disorder in the community.
The upcoming cycle will start on 23 March 2022, with psychoeducation sessions running on 26 January or 2 March. The final after-care session will be on 7 December 2022.
This programme will commence online but will be subject to change depending on regulations and attendees’ preferences.

All referrals received will be processed by our Day Services for insurance clearance purposes.
The programme coordinator will contact the individual directly with an appointment for an assessment or to give them a start date. It is important to note that, because these day programmes are closed groups, waiting lists are likely to be formed.
